Our Timeline
1980-1982 - Relocation
Relocated to the Youth Wing Building along Morogoro Road. Expanded into geotechnical engineering by acquiring the DANDO 150 Rig from the UK.
1983-1984 - Rebranding
Rebranded to INTER-CONSULT. Moved offices to part of the TDFL Building along Ohio Street.
1998-2000 - Registration
Registered for Architectural Design and Quantity Survey Services, meeting AQRB requirements. Eng. Mark Njiu became the second Managing Director.
2003-2011 - Moved
Completed and moved to the modern "Inter House" building. Received the International Quality Era Award and the Golden Quality Award. Achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification. Recognized as a Top 100 Mid-Size Company.
2012-2013 - Recognition
Eng. Henry Chacky became the third Managing Director. Again recognized as Top 100 Mid-Size Company.
2015-2016 - ISO 9001:2008 Certification
Recertified to ISO 9001:2008 and became a Corporate Member of the Tanzania Green Building Council. Won the Best Project Award for the National Microfinance Bank building project.
2017-2019 - Transformation
Eng. Martin David became the fourth Managing Director. Transitioned to ISO 9001:2015 certification, rebranded with a new logo, and received multiple awards including the Platinum Technology Award and recognition as Top 100 Mid-Size Company.
2022-2023 - Awards
Won the Pacesetters East African Leadership Award in Consulting Services Category (2022) and in Multidisciplinary Consultancy Category (2023).
